Summer Adventures

Now that it is officially fall, and since it's been months since I've actually posted (if you've waited for me to blog again, here you go!), I've decided to just do a few pictures of what the summer looked like. There was some England travel (for archival research but also for fun), garden visiting, pie making, and getting to know this corner of the East Coast better with Sam.

[I also went on a short day trip to Luxembourg. I have wanted to go to Luxembourg since I was seven. I'm glad I went--but let's be honest, part of it was also to tie Sam in our country count.]

[Sam and I go rock climbing together now. It is funny that I go rock climbing now, because I still hate heights. But rock climbing is fun and I'm getting better at it.]

Thanks for your patience in this photo dump. But there was my summer. It was a good one. I am missing it now that classes have started again.
